Turmeric (with the active component curcumin) is rich in antioxidants, which fight/prevent cancer, boost immune system, reduce inflammation, and help with menstrualproblems, toothache, bruises, rheumatoid arthritis; it also can be used as a herbal cleanse and natural holistic detox.

Cayenne pepper is a blood and tissue purifier. It also improves circulation, treats weak digestion, helps prevent heart disease, and helps with chronic pain, sore throats, headaches and toothaches.

Green Apple Water Beauty Remedy to Reduce Your Face Wrinkles

Do you eat apples? It is one of my favorite super foods because an apple a day can not only keep the doctor away, but also make you feel and look fabulous. If you read my article “Four Reasons to Eat Apples to Feel and Look Fabulous,” you already know that apples are a detox food.Green Apple Facial Spray Beauty Remedy

Are you are wondering why apples can make you feel and look fabulous?

  • Apples are rich in the fiber pectin and Vitamin A and E.  Pectin can help get rid of constipation and detox your body, and Vitamin A and E will help improve your skin complexion.

 

If you are busy, you can simply make an Apple Water spray/mix beauty remedy and apply it to your face during the day.  It will help moisturize your skin and reduce eye and face wrinkles. Click to read how to pick the right spray bottle.

How to make a Green Apple Facial Spray Beauty Remedy

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic green apple
  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ cup of witch hazel
  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Cut an organic green apple into small slices, leave the peel on but remove the seeds. Combine apple slices with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, once it boils, remove saucepan from heat and allow it to cool completely. If you want to make a cup of apple tea, you should use more water and apple slices.

Strain the mixture and stir in 1/4 cup of witch hazel and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.

Apply the mixture with a clean cotton ball, or pour it into an empty spray bottle and spritz on. Leave on for 15 minutes, and wash off with a warm cloth. Repeat once a week!

P.S. Water should be purified.

P.P.S. Apple Cider Vinegar can be used as Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss solution and exfoliator for the skin.

Try this 5 Minute Stress Remedy to Fall Asleep Fast and Cleanse Smart

It is Stress Awareness Month, the right time for us to learn how to relax with a cup of Nettle Tea, one of the best stress reducers and vitamin D foods. Most all illnesses are caused by stress, so we should slow down and take care of ourselves. Have you tried doing nothing while cleansing your lymph? Was it fun?

You can spend another five minutes doing nothing but drinking detox Nettle Leaf Tea,Cleanse Smart and Detox Naturally with a Nettle Tea Stress Remedy which is a perfect fatigue treatment. It also helps with headaches and migraines, menopause problems, constipation and is used as a weight loss detox remedy.

Susan Mead, Master Herbalist highly recommends Nettle Tea (infusion). It is high in Calcium as well as in Iron, Carotene, Magnesium, Vitamin A, Chromium, Vitamin B, Potassium, Vitamin D, Zinc and Vitamin K.

Detox Nettle Tea and Stress Remedy Recipe:

  • Place 1 oz. of organic dried nettles in a glass, quart-sized jar.  Canning jars work well for this, and it will be just under half-full of the dried nettles.
  • Pour just-boiled water (preferably without chlorine or fluoride) over the nettles, filling the glass jar to the top.  Cap snugly, but not too tight.
  • Let it steep for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Strain the liquid out, squeezing any excess from the plant material, and store it in your refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Discard the left-over nettles in your compost or under your trees and bushes–it will help them stay healthy, too.  Plus it’s a more respectful way to treat the plant.
  • Drink 1 cup to 1 quart daily, either iced or heated, depending on your preference and the time of year.  But try to avoid the microwave as it destroys nutrients.   If that sounds like a lot to drink, remember that that’s one less quart of water you need to drink.
