Do you do stretches? Do you do breathing exercises? If you listen to my radio show “Feel and Look Fabulous with Irina” regularly, you will learn how to do some easy yoga moves and breathing exercises, but what about the rest of the day?

You can use breath and stretch exercises for improved circulation, weight loss and detox, as a stress remedy, to improve sleep, etc.

I would like to share with you this Yoga Revelation video by Valerie Goodman to give you some healthy ideas on how to practice some yoga and breathing exercises sitting at your desk.

Don’t forget that seated poses calm the body, release tension in the hips and hamstrings, and soothe the mind.
