I have noticed that when I eat a lot of watermelon I feel really good. There was one summer when I ate mostly watermelon for the whole summer and it was great. Watermelon is the best thing to eat when you are thirsty. I knew about the lycopene that makes tomato, water melon and red grapefruit red.

I agree with this article. I am into fruits and vegetables lately and I have been feeling good since I use to practice it. And surely, this watermelon thing will be my next priority.

A lot of people that stumble across the fact that they have High Blood Pressure, do not realise that there are alternatives to medication. My mom has a blood presser since 3 years. She has to take some tablates regularly! I will suggest her to take some tips from here. I am sure, it will help to her! Thank you very much for giving very diamagnetic tips to us.

Honestly there are a lot of good benefits about watermelon – but that still doesn’t make it taste good. I always get a sick feeling after/during the time that I eat it…maybe it’s just the texture or something, but I can’t stand it!

My mother mentioned the other day about when she was young that people used the rind of the watermelon for there face. I am curios and have to find a facial care remedy that uses watermelon. Watermelon always makes me feel great when I eat it.
