Weight Loss and Detox Green Smoothie for St. Patricks Day
- 2 cups kale
- 4 leaves dandelion
- handful parsley
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi or
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or 3 tbsp Cacao Powder or 1 apple
Wash all ingredients, blend them and drink to your health at least ones a day.
