Did you know that laughter can help you lose weight?  For natural weight loss we need to reduce stress, detox and exercise.  Well, laughter can trigger the release of endorphins to help us deal with moodiness and fight seasonal depression; laughter can move your lymph and increases oxygenation to help detox our body; and it can also strengthen your abs which can help your get rid of belly fat and lose weight naturally.

Watch this video and learn how you can start laughing or pretend laughing (the forced laughter can also do the trick) for at least 2 minutes two three times a day:

    although it seems a little crazy, is it really true that you can burn belly fat laughing a lot.

    When we laugh, we are eliminating the stress.
    Stress eats your muscles and your energy.

    So laugh a lot and eliminates stress
