I noticed that only millet is under grains! That really surprises me since I have been trying to incorporate more healthy grains and have read how amazing Kamut Khorasan Wheat is and quinoa! Kamut has all kinds of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants too. Anyway – I think we are doing pretty well on healthy eating and this is a great summary!

Very glad to hear that. I love millet, buckwheat, barley and try to eat them as much as possible even if they are not alkaline foods. We balance grains with alkaline vegetables.
